The above mention teacher were rendering their services in Nutan vidyalaya an independent school of Lok Shikshan Sansthan and Keshavanand Vidyalaya of Mehndi Bagh society. Bharat vidyalaya Hinganghat was formed in the year 1945 by the merger of this two schools.
Father of progress of the organization Late Shri GopalDasJi Mota, shri. N. M. Gatwai Maharaj (freedom fighter), Shri. DadaSaheb Nagle, Shri. Bakane Guruji Advocate RamKrishna J. Deshpande (Balabhau), Bhausaheb Pimpalkute, Bhausaheb Deshmukh, Bhaskarrao Bhimanwar where the strong pillar of this institution.
In 1947 DadaSaheb Nagle (president) and BhaiyaSaheb Lambe (secretary) were there Bharat vidyalaya was started in Banglow of chimte baba ground(today Owned by Shri SubhashJi Khatri Indane gas company). At that time it was known as “Bhoot bungalow”. next came to the Mehndi Bagh from there to Sri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir and finally the Bharat Vidyalaya at its present site. Till this time Shri Diwakar lambe, Muralidhar Dixit,Shri. Soman were in the office.
In 1955 Late Shri. V. K. Deshpande become the principal. Due to the popularity of Shri. V. K. Deshpande and the institution school progress a lot with the overflow of the students as a result sisters institution of the school

Details of the business continuity plan
In Case of any unexpected situation, each of the 47 independent members of the society is well-competent to continue the business plan. They are well-qualified and devoted to looking after the prospects of the NGO.
 Detail of Decision-Making Process
The President, Secretary, and Managing Body unanimously decide on project appraisal, identification of the needy, due diligence, challenge process, approval, implementation, review, etc.
Details of award and recognition
a) Our NGO progressive education society Hinganghat runs Bharat Vidyalaya,
Hinganghat has achieved a Maharashtra state government award in personal cleanness and Handwash.
b) Our NGO secretary Shri. Ramesh G. Dharkar and Shri B. R. Chavan, Headmaster of Bharat Vidyalaya, Hinganghat received Ideal Teacher Award at the hands of the Educational Minister Government of Maharashtra.

Details of various policies adopted by NGO
For the benefit of the students, various policies are adopted by NGOs throughout the year.
a) For safe transportation, our NGO runs school vans for children from remote areas.
b) A free education policy is also adopted for the unprivileged and reserved category students.
c) Free training programs in computer technology and robotics are given to the students.
d) Distribution of tabs to the students who scored above 60% in the SSC board exam by the Social Welfare Office, Wardha.
e) our NGO distributes free sanitary pads to the girl’s students and a special educational counselling facility is also available.
f) Special Career guidance Programs are organized for SSC and HSC Students.

Details of Process and Guidelines for Recruitment, training, etc.
The appointments of the teaching stop are done through the state government Pavitra portal. All the rules and regulations laid out by the government are followed by proper interviews and teaching demonstrations. Selection of the teaching staff is strictly on a merit basis and the caliber of the candidate.

 Details Succession Planning
Every Five years, Elections are undertaken to elect the body members for the smooth conduct of the NGO.

Details of training programs
a) The teaching staff have to attend the training programs conducted by
the M. S. Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Board, Pune.
b) Special training programs are also organized on the National Education Policy 2020. c) The Special Science Teacher training program runs under the IISER Pune and Yashada institutions.
d) The Maths Subject Teacher Training Program conducted by IIT Mumbai.
c) Online Teacher training program conducted by the Diksha platform.

Details of IT infrastructure
For effective classroom teaching, two smart boards are available for teaching, 16 projectors are available in classrooms and 4 television sets are available. Teachers have the liberty of using iPods and tabs as teaching aids in addition to this various teaching aids and charts are also used. Wi-Fi facility is also available for the staff as well as students. Teachers also use the Diksha platform on Android mobile for teaching in a classroom. All the premises of the institute are under CCTV coverage.
The salary of the staff is given Digitally online and Attendance of the students of classes 11 to 12 is also administered biometrically other classes take offline attendance and store it in a computer daily, Annual results of the students are conducted online as well as offline, Parents meeting were also conducted by using Google meet, zoom meetings, During COVID-19, our NGO organizes online classes regularly with a daily timetable with the help of Google meet. 90 % of the Students responded positively to online education.

To resolve the grievances, an offline committee is structured. A complaint box is also there for the student to maintain confidentiality. Students can lodge complaint online as well as offline. All the grievances are resolved by the committee members by proper counseling
Details of process policy
All the 47 members of the society are reliable and trustworthy. Confidentiality is maintained thoroughly by the management body to conduct the smooth working of the NGO.

Key achievements
Today in all 9 schools of the NGO personality development programs and social awareness programs are conducted. Also, successfully running NCC and Scout guide training and camps are undertaken. To develop robotic and computer skills in the students, the ATL tinkering lab and IT lab are also established here.

The Construction of building Madhav Convent, Hinganghat in years 2018-2019 utilizing Amount 2711222/-

Any financial projection
To avoid overcrowding in the classroom our institution has applied for CSR funding for the construction of new classrooms.
